The friendly and caring staff make Shinfield View a lovely place to visit. The facilities are excellent and the food is a delight.
All the residents are so well looked after they want for nothing. Such a happy, relaxed atmosphere, they have so much going on every day to cater for everyone. Family are welcome to dine with their relative anytime they like at no extra charge which is amazing as other homes charge for this service. I would highly recommend this home to my close family and friends.
So glad we found Shinfield View for our mother. We are so pleased with her care in every respect. More importantly, mum is very happy and has settled in very quickly. We can relax as a family in the knowledge that mum is now in safe hands. Thank you to all the staff.
My Mum's rest bite experience was fabulous from start to end. Wonderful accommodation, amazing staff and the attention to detail and care never failed to amaze her or the whole family, who were made just as welcome whenever we visited her. Thank you.
My Dad has been at Shinfield View since October 2016 and is very happy and is excellently cared for. The staff are always friendly and welcoming.
We visit every week and are always made welcome by the staff and we also interact with the residents, who are home. Warm and friendly atmosphere.
On first visit was very impressed. Had a lovely Christmas lunch. The staff were very good.
Excellent place enjoyed lovely Christmas lunch. Friendly staff. Residents all look happy.
The waitressing/bar staff are always happy to help. All the team are quick to serve us at the bar. They recently organised a fabulous party for us when mums grandaughter got married in New York. An all-round excellent evening than you all xx
