Nice, bright room. Empathetic and simply amazing staff that have managed to get mum involved in all the activities. Hands-on management which shows a real team spirit.

I have been so impressed with the care provided at Shinfield View. The staff are all so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are lovely and very clean. The food is excellent. The entertainment is varied and so much effort made. I would have no hesitation in recommending Shinfield View and have already done so.

A very welcoming vibrant home from home with the dedicated caring staff. Great atmosphere and would highly recommend, especially for residents with dementia.

I can not tell you what a relief it is to find somewhere where my mum is happy. As a carer for a parent with dementia one is very aware of the vulnerability of our parent but Shinfield View is full of life, the staff are very friendly and professional. My Mum is enjoying it so much she has asked to stay for another two weeks. You can't get a better recommendation than that. Thank you, everyone.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Shinfield View to anyone. I trust the staff implicitly with all aspects of my mothers care having a background in this field of employment the positive change in my mum from the time she arrived here, within 2 weeks she was coming out of her shell. Also, her diet and food choices have changed for the better and she is eating well. 100 out of 100.
