My Mum has been resident since October this year and the relief for us as a family has been immense as Mum is safe and happy. All the staff are amazing, all on first name terms and its great to see all the residents always os happy! We came for a wonderful catered birthday lunch and wish we could come more often but we would be as big as a house! Great chef! Did I say all the staff are amazing! Well, they are!.

My father, who is 97, has been at Shinfield Care Home since the beginning of November 2017 after injuring himself following a fall and therefore no longer able to look after himself. He has settled in amazingly well and is very happy. He constantly says what a lovely place it is and what a nice room he has got. Also, he really likes the staff who are all very friendly and caring. Very welcoming, everyone is so kind and willing to help. They provide excellent care. The food is amazing. The activities and events they hold are outstanding. Would recommend this home to anyone.

Now mum ishas settled well, she's making new friends, best of which are the staff. I know now when I leave her, she's in good hands and I can worry less. Best of all, the care home brings all our family closer together now.

I have been to Shinfield View on many occasions and have been made very welcome by all the staff. All patients seem very happy. I have attended to social evenings on Thursdays and its second to none. Well done all management and staff. Keep up the good work.

Really enjoyed my time visiting Shinfield View, the staff were very welcoming and enthusiastic making all of the guests feel welcome.

My friend stayed on respite at Shinfield View and every single time I visited the home was immaculate, the staff were all so welcoming and always offered me to stay and have lunch! My friend seemed very happy there and didn’t have any complaints. Thank you to all the staff that were so welcoming.
