I have been visiting my friend for nearly two years. The staff are very friendly. The facilities are 5 star.
As you walk through the door and see the smiling faces of the residents and staff, you know you're somewhere special. To sit and talk with the residents cheers me up as they like to sit and chatter about their life. Tuesday coffee morning is great, along with Thursday evening entertainment. The staff are truly amazing and devoted to their job. The smiles of the staff make a rainy day change to summer sunshine.
As a friend, we are always made very welcome. The staff are friendly and courteous. The entertainment and food are excellent. Always a variety of activities to suit all tastes. Would thoroughly recommend this well-presented home, (a home from home).
Friendly staff creates an extremely pleasant homely atmosphere for both residents and friends/visitors alike. The food is very good and the entertainment second to none!
Have thoroughly enjoyed Thursday evening entertainment thanks to the lovely staff and residents, welcoming us in excellent surroundings.
From what I see the residents are very well looked after and really enjoy the social get together and the staff are up there getting everyone to enjoy the evening.

The home is a great place to be. The care quality is outstanding and when I visit I am greeted by all-round smiles from the staff and all residents. In my opinion, this is the best care home I've ever been to as you can see all residents are happy and treated with the highest care possible.
Difficult to fault Shinfield View, so kind and caring - all members of staff. Father-in-law is very happy here.
