We had a great experience with Mark F.! Our daughters were moving from Northern Kentucky to California and we wanted to ship both their cars. Since this was our first time using an auto transport company, we had no idea how it worked. Mark F. was wonderful, walking us through the whole process step by step. Thanks to Jared. thanks for working with me. but could not find a driver to fit my schedule. At first I thought it was a scam, but it wasn't. the price was not that bad but ok. I guess I was luck to get a better driver too. SYCN is ok to use.

The car arrived on time and with out any issues. I didn't have to pay any additional amount than what was being quoted. The only issue that I had was that the car was being picked up a day earlier what was actually agreed.

I was very pleased with the service we received. Joseph handled the set up of the transport of my new car from CT to MO. He was very professional and always available when I had questions. He made the experience very easy. The driver, Gilbert, kept me informed throughout the trip.

After calling many companies to bring my son's car from Ca to Fl, I decided to go with SYCN. Jody was patience, as arraignments with my Marine were very slow. They gave us military discount, car was picked up Friday and arrived Tuesday, no scratches, dents, nothing. I would have like the driver to call me the day before he arrived instead of 2 hrs before but everything work out perfectly. Needed to ship my STI from Florida to Washington State. I worked with Steven and he was a big change from some of the other people I worked with to try to ship my car. He was very knowledgeable and made sure that I knew what the process was. He seemed very genuine in trying to save me money as well. I would ship with these guys again in a heart beat. Great customer service!
