Ok so last night i went to see Solo and let me tell you. The theater was disgusting. There was trash everywhere and i asked the young man by the booth to have somebody clean it up. Unfortunately nobody came and me and my girlfriend had to watch a 2 hour movie with trash and the smell of old food. Not my best experience.
Last time I went it was horrible, my fault I went to early around 8:00pm and not after 10:00 pm as usual, people on their stupid phone while the movie is playing, they said zero tolerance on phone use but there is no one checking on that... so if you want to have a nice and relax time watching a movie go on Tuesday's after 10:00pm. And people please if you don't know how to act outside your home, then stay at home!

Came for the first time to see Acrimony and the Bartending service was awful!!!! We waited 10 minutes on one side then move to the other side and told to wait an additional 10 minutes. Then another serve came up and clocked in and starts helping others who weren't previously waiting. After reviewing other comments it appears that their customer service is always terrible. Glad you're cheap and across the street or I would not return.
This was my first time here. I spent about $300, and the experience was not pleasant. The problems that I faced can probably be resolved if the place was properly staffed. I went on a Friday around 1pm. This place is clean and comfortable. The arcade was fine, games were kept up and nothing was out of order. My wife and I had our first date night in several months. Facility is clean as always but the service at the bar was terrible. There were two bartenders and the place wasn't that busy so no big deal. Except one bartender was running around busting her butt and the other was trying everything she could to avoid customers. We went to bowl for the first time here. First off, we had no waiter for about the first 25 -30 minutes and when we told the employees at the bar if we could get someone they kept saying they would send someone, we told them twice if we could get a waiter. I understand a 10 minute wait, maybe even a 15 minutes but 25 minutes just to get some water? That's ridiculous. First off let me start by saying this place us impossible to find. My GPS was going crazy. When we finally got there the parking was a nightmare. After circling the parking for over 40 minutes, with no luck, we decided to catch the next showtime . The manger was very nice, she let us transfer to a later show. Parking is awful so leave home early or you will be SOL.
Love the theatre. Had to rate it down due to the volume in theatre 5. A great movie experience requires sound. I found myself straining to hear half of the movie. The volume is way too low. I haven't been to all of the screens at this location but beware of screen 5. The Kingwood location has the same sound issue. The SDX is awesome. It's the normal screens that have sound issues. Gonna start off by saying this place is really nice! It has a nice bowling alley, bar, arcade and really good selection of food. Although everything was nice, sadly the employees were completely rude. I went last night with my friend and walked straight to the bar after purchasing our ticket. The bartender seemed angry or something because she was a bit rude.
