THE BOWLING LANES SUCK feels like i'm bowling on straight wood and there's no oil. the staff overall is good but the managers are very strict I went in with a bowling ball and clean shoes that I wear to bowl in college all the time. I believe that it is wrong force someone to wear potentially infested shoes
This theater is absolutely filthy. Not to mention that we purchased tickets for 9:00 PM and the show got pushed to 9:30 for no apparent reason. When we walked in, we were told it was closed for cleaning but when the employees walked out, they didn't tell us it was open, so we continued to wait with all of our merchandise. The seats in the theater are in horrible condition. As a business, how do you take pride in this?
Filthy theater. Trash left on seats from previous showing. No napkins at the snack bar. Floor sticky all around the icee station. Disgusting
Its so dirty in there with popcorn all over the seats and floor :/ not worth coming here its so randown and dirty. No one in there cleaning
This was the dirtiest lobby and concessions area that I've seen in my life. The concessions area where you get popcorn and drinks look like there was a food fight. Popcorn was all over the floor, and drinks were spilled on the floor. I did see a worker with a mop and broom, but no where close to the worst area. The counter tops were also sticky. This place is the epitome of the trash side of Houston. My wife and daughter came to visit me on a work trip and we decided to go to the movies tonight, to start we were greeted with almost getting run over at the front of the theatre by someone driving through the parking lot not caring that we were walking. Secondly when we walked in immediately to your right the line is to the door for snacks and pop corn and half of the machines are broken for anything. The lobby, bathroom, concessions area and theater was filthy. The floors were wet, no ice in the machines for fountain drinks, no lids for the icee cups, no carrier trays for refreshments. The icee machine was malfunctioning. Someone was vaping and another person took a phone call and placed it on speaker which disturbed everyone on my row and the 2 rows in front because they were talking just that loud! I've been in this area since this theatre was built. To say it's gone downhill would be an enormous understatement. From the moment you walk in this place is trashed! The floors, the counters, the bad-attitude teenagers working that dirty counter... it's all just awful. The seats/armrests are literally shredded. This place used to be so nice. Now it feels low-rent and just... gross.
Mozzarella sticks looked white like they weren't cooked good enough & the slushy don't have free refills you paid for the slushy other places you can get free refills & it was $5.90 what 1 star bad food
