They treated us horribly.Our bowling lane kept getting stuck and we asked an employee if they could help us and they said we'll go figure it out. What type of customer service does that ?
I wish I'd had known this place was the new AMC Theatre. I'll be spending those extra dollars at Star Grill Cinema if it means I get to avoid teenagers with no home training. The highlights of my time at their showing of "Smile" would unfortunately not be the movie but the kid who had a big fall on the steps right before he angrily YELLED at his girlfriend "where the heck were you? The worst place ever for movie theater. Popcorn was stale, fountain drinks were flat and has a weird taste. The seats were out dated, ripped and cup holders had food in some of them.
After spending close to $150 here today, celebrating the last day before our kids go back to school, an employee scolded us like we were a bunch of kindergartners after my 8 year old accidentally hit the lower part of a door located close to the skee-ball machine. Not many options close by and not a bad spot, but wish theaters were cleaned on a consistent basis before each movie. Do better . Also would be nice to have some theaters with reclining seats - even if offered at premium prices.

Clean but they charge for refills LOL. You can keep your $5 refill. I wouldn't mind paying a refill price. No thank you.
It's the closest movie theater/game place in this 77396 area but it's really a rip off for parents with kids. The game kinda suck for kids to win tickets, there aren't enough games and each game at minimum costs 4 points. It really should be two points to play games but I mean what are you going to do, there isn't another place like it this close. I will not marginalize a certain set of people, but I will point out a certain situation. If I am with a group of friends, and we are all drinking, and we are all black, and we are the only ones they get called on by the manager even though there are several other groups that are non-black, and They don't get called out, it seems like we are singled out. I love that this is so close to the house, and reasonably priced. But EVERYTIME I go, the popcorn is stale and cold. I've gone on many different days and times, and it never fails. Outside of the actual movie, this is an important feature. Good popcorn. I came to the 11:30 showing today and they are serving popcorn that was made an hour ago.
