Clean but they charge for refills LOL. You can keep your $5 refill. I wouldn't mind paying a refill price. No thank you.
It's the closest movie theater/game place in this 77396 area but it's really a rip off for parents with kids. The game kinda suck for kids to win tickets, there aren't enough games and each game at minimum costs 4 points. It really should be two points to play games but I mean what are you going to do, there isn't another place like it this close. I will not marginalize a certain set of people, but I will point out a certain situation. If I am with a group of friends, and we are all drinking, and we are all black, and we are the only ones they get called on by the manager even though there are several other groups that are non-black, and They don't get called out, it seems like we are singled out. I love that this is so close to the house, and reasonably priced. But EVERYTIME I go, the popcorn is stale and cold. I've gone on many different days and times, and it never fails. Outside of the actual movie, this is an important feature. Good popcorn. I came to the 11:30 showing today and they are serving popcorn that was made an hour ago. Ok so last night i went to see Solo and let me tell you. The theater was disgusting. There was trash everywhere and i asked the young man by the booth to have somebody clean it up. Unfortunately nobody came and me and my girlfriend had to watch a 2 hour movie with trash and the smell of old food. Not my best experience.
Last time I went it was horrible, my fault I went to early around 8:00pm and not after 10:00 pm as usual, people on their stupid phone while the movie is playing, they said zero tolerance on phone use but there is no one checking on that... so if you want to have a nice and relax time watching a movie go on Tuesday's after 10:00pm. And people please if you don't know how to act outside your home, then stay at home!

Came for the first time to see Acrimony and the Bartending service was awful!!!! We waited 10 minutes on one side then move to the other side and told to wait an additional 10 minutes. Then another serve came up and clocked in and starts helping others who weren't previously waiting. After reviewing other comments it appears that their customer service is always terrible. Glad you're cheap and across the street or I would not return.
This was my first time here. I spent about $300, and the experience was not pleasant. The problems that I faced can probably be resolved if the place was properly staffed. I went on a Friday around 1pm. This place is clean and comfortable. The arcade was fine, games were kept up and nothing was out of order. We stood for at least 15 min at the register for service to pay for bowling. The girl working the register was also the bartender and a server. My wife and I had our first date night in several months. Facility is clean as always but the service at the bar was terrible. There were two bartenders and the place wasn't that busy so no big deal. Except one bartender was running around busting her butt and the other was trying everything she could to avoid customers.
