This used to be a great value spot to see movies but they've cut back and it's affecting the overall experience. They no longer have a a true ticket counter. You buy tickets in line with people buying concessions which makes the lines super long for everyone... especially the people who pre purchased their tickets. I went to see The Conjuring: Last Rites at ShowBiz Cinemas Fall Creek and left disappointed. The food and drinks were limited -- no pizza, and most frozen cocktails weren't available. I ordered a burger that tasted off and way too heavy, and the beef nachos were just okay. The one bright spot was the attendant at the food counter (very kind and helpful) and the bartender, who was excellent. 35 minute delay on the Lilo and stitch movie, then when the movie was near ending, the screen went black.

First time coming the lobby was disgusting only one person working up front he/she either high or lazy. Popcorn was old and burnt along with the drink machines covered in the residue along with the surrounding floor. Not to mention the screen quality was the equivalent of watching a movie through a screen door. One and done with this place!

I went to showbiz theater today after 6 months. Place was almost empty. Very few patrons or workers. We took our seats in SDX. It was time for show to start. A few ads played and then nothing. We waited (only 4 people in this room). I had to get up leave theater snd find an employee to ask for help. She yelled at someone and then said i will send someone. THE BOWLING LANES SUCK feels like i'm bowling on straight wood and there's no oil. the staff overall is good but the managers are very strict I went in with a bowling ball and clean shoes that I wear to bowl in college all the time. I believe that it is wrong force someone to wear potentially infested shoes

This theater is absolutely filthy. Not to mention that we purchased tickets for 9:00 PM and the show got pushed to 9:30 for no apparent reason. When we walked in, we were told it was closed for cleaning but when the employees walked out, they didn't tell us it was open, so we continued to wait with all of our merchandise. The seats in the theater are in horrible condition. As a business, how do you take pride in this?

Filthy theater. Trash left on seats from previous showing. No napkins at the snack bar. Floor sticky all around the icee station. Disgusting
