Everything could improve from when you walk in to sitting in the seat.... The area where you get your snacks for the movies they had no snacks the shelf's where empty and the trash cans around where overflowing onto the floor... This place is nasty! They were out of hot dogs, napkins, and coca cola. The nacho boxes were next to the warmer, not in it. The theater was NOT cleaned before we got seated. The floor was sticky and there was trash everywhere including under the seats. On top of everything else, it was hot in the theater when it was over 100 degrees outside. When I talked to the manager, Braelin, he was very dismissive and not concerned at all. He said because Spiderman is such a popular movie, that's why it was so disgusting.

Haven't been to a movie for a long time while and this place is closer to home. Got into our seats and the place is full of trash from the previous showing. They did not even bother to clean it. Everyone was irritated with the level of cleanliness of this place. No sense of respect for the business or customers. Corporate (President and CFO: Kevin Mitchell) you should run your business better.

I wanted to like this place, but the experience was confusing from start to finish. The food area has no clear flow and is run by teenagers. My son tried to order a hot dog combo and no one explained it was self-serve or that we had to gather everything ourselves. The staff just looked on, no help, no guidance. Checkout was weird, too, with two unlabeled screens and zero explanation. Found that one was for employees to check-in, but it was directly beside the terminal used to do purchase checkouts. Don't come here it's so dirty! It's so unfortunate, it use to be an amazing movie theater but it's gone downhill.

I'm giving it a 1star I wish I could give 0 but zero not an option. We saw the first show of the movie for that day and the theater was filthy and nasty. Popcorn all over the floor, cup holders are awful. This don't make no sense. Popcorn wasn't fresh. Sodas cups not stocked floor super sticky. As a consumer we spend too much in these businesses.

You can tell there is very minimal effort made by management or the people running this place. The place is not only filthy, but pretty mid. The concessions were poorly stocked with little to no condiments for their hot dogs and more than half of the games in the arcade don't work. They did offer us a complimentary 30 minute play card, so at least there's that, but they weren't offering any prizes at all. The overall experience of that theatre is completely underwhelming. 3/10 do not recommend.

OH LORD THIS PLACE IS TOTAL TRASH! all the seats are beat up and messy i had a movie for 10:20 got there 10:10 all doors were locked had to bang on the door to be open then as they open the door with an attitude asking if we had a ticket LIKE OBVIOUSLY?? then proceeded to point and tell us to go over there no one checked our tickets? so basically could've went in for free then we ask about concessions and rudely were told they were closed. yall shouldn't offer late night tickets if things aren't going to be properly done. it... read more

2 words -dingy and dirty. NASTY AS HELL. You can definitely tell they don't clean their theaters. Night and day difference compared to the Kingwood location. Avoid by all means.
