Prompt courteous service. Had to go in unexpectedly to have tire pressure checked. I didn't expect quick service if they were busy and because it was not a scheduled service. They weren't real busy but still-it was an interruption. I appreciated the "no problem" attitude and that they also checked all my tires' condition and fluids and battery.

I am extremely satisfied with the service agent Austin who helped me out with service for my Odyssey and also quality of work at showcase honda. However, it couldve been five stars if they did not charge me for loaner car which I thought was complimentary given the fact I was doing a $1800 worth service thatI did this time.

I received really great service. The vehicle was returned sooner than I expected and to my surprise, it had also been washed. I noticed that it performed much better after the service.

Cassie is always so great to me! She always breaks everything down for me and lets me know what needs to be done now or can wait!
