I had a wonderful experience at Showcase Honda with the I had a wonderful experience at Showcase Honda with the exception of a charge added to my contract that I did not authorize. The finance director quickly fixed the issue and reworked my contract timely. The customer service was excellent but I do not like the fact that MPPs are being added to customer contracts without their knowledge. That is not a good move. Full transparency should be utilized from beginning to end.
