I was told beforehand that it would take 3 or 4 hours, but when I arrived, Cassie told me it wouldn't be more than 2 hours so I waited. An hour and a half later they were done!

Last time I had my car serviced at Honda I was stuck there for three hours. I did mention that to my agent and tell him that since I'm a senior my limit was 1 1/2 hours. He kept me informed, made sure there was no issue. He was very polite and I really appreciated having him as my agent.
