Our service coordinator, Cameron, was professional and explained everything to me. Showcase was able to perform the service in the time frame promised. This was my first experience with Showcase and I will definitely be back!

Austin was great. He checked me in quickly and kept me informed during the repair via text and phone call and focused the repair on exactly what was needed. Would def go back to him specifically next time.

Advisor was fine. Don't like that they charge a 3% fee for using a credit card. And $40 for tire rotation is not ok. I had an oil change, tire rotation should be included or at least a discounted amount-$ maybe $15 what they pay the employee tha does it.
