Cassie is on top of everything being done to my two Cassie is on top of everything being done to my two Hondas (one is a 2014 Accord and the other is a Civic 2021). She is very good and fast with diagnosis of problems, and very accurate with the estimate of time to resolve the problems. She is a great asset to Showcase Honda. On the few times when she was not available, her "backups" were good, but not as good as she is.
