My Sale guy was Kee who was great, but the finance piece My Sale guy was Kee who was great, but the finance piece was horrible! They did not provide the Carfax report, the car diagnosis, or any of my legal documents prior to leaving. I was not given any package options and to top it off they collected the wrong insurance info and didn't notice until later. Never had a issue with othe dealerships. Everything felt very rushed. Will never purchase another vehicle from them.

I expressed concern that the dealership even did these things and didn't advertise them. They assured me they did all of these things.
