This was a very disappointing experience. This was a very disappointing experience. The salesman was great. I did buy a used car, key fob was not included with car even though vehicle description says keyless entry. Valet key was the only thing provided after purchasing the car. Horn goes off when getting into the car. Was told during purchase that you can not use your own financial institution for approved financing. I will not be back.

I waited over 2 hours for an oil change and tire I waited over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. While checking for other concerns, they found that the wipers were worn out. When I left, I found that my previously clean windshield and rear window were all smeared. The next day I found that only one valve cap was replaced. Never had shoddy service like this from Showcase before.

Advisor did not honor discounts he previously verbally Advisor did not honor discounts he previously verbally agreed to and also did not want to honor coupons - felt like he lied. Advisor seemed to be working to find things that he could say were wrong - extreme upsale- felt like you were getting ripped off. Advisor did not explain, show or detail items repaired.
