Still waiting for a follow up call dated June 14th to Still waiting for a follow up call dated June 14th to bring my car back in to find out why the airbag light is still on 5 yrs later after being installed Jan of 2019 at showcase honda . I brought my car in on June 1st had an 11am appointment, was there for 4 hrs and no one was able to tell my why and how to resolve the air bag light to be on for 5yrs

Dealership was very pushy and invasive when trying to get Dealership was very pushy and invasive when trying to get me to buy things and have services I knew I did not need. In addition, it took very long to get to my car once it was finished and just sitting in the drive thru. Out of all of the Honda dealerships I have been to for service, this was the slowest and most invasive one.

Everytime I go back, The services are already overpriced, Everytime I go back, The services are already overpriced, and everytime I go back there are new rules to charge the customer more. Don,t feel like to sitting in the waiting area also. I will try to avoid Showcase honda in future unless I found other dealers are worse.

My 2 Star Review is 100% based on my experience that I My 2 Star Review is 100% based on my experience that I had with Sean Hoopes, Service Director @ Showcase Honda. Sean could use some training around customer experience management and empathy. Imagine I make an appointment on the website and I drive about 30 minutes, wait about an hour only to be told that they can't get me in.
