Semi friendly dealer. Semi friendly dealer. Salesman tried to get me to sign a backup contract, when I was paying with a pre-approved check from my credit union, said it was a requirement (not true). Also, wanted to get a copy of my dd214, I asked why, he said, just to have it for our records (also a lie, they don't need it). Added a couple accessories to the vehicle and they wanted me to leave without them being installed. Talked to the GM who said I will be making his people stay late...and that he was going to lose money ... read more

Horrible experience. Horrible experience.....many, many errors and misrepresentations... Had to go to GM to get anything done. 2 different people said recall was done when it was not. Received title from ADOT had wrong car on it.... Very incompetent employees.... Not just one but many. Will never go back.
