The place is so nice and the people. The treated me so well and I so happy I got my braces on.

My tooth fell out by it self during a cleaning visit. And they billed my insurance almost $300 for “surgical removal of a tooth “. When it fell out by it self. Because of that I didn’t show up for my next cleaning and guess what? They charge me $200 for not showing up when I did not confirm my next cleaning. Be careful... they are just trying to make the most money out of you and your insurance.

During my consultation, I sat and told the Dr. and the assistant that my missing tooth that I was there to replace was due to childhood trauma. I cried during the entire visit and was visibly shaken. The Dr. was kind and gentle. He explained the process in what I thought at the time was great detail. I needed a bone graft due to the length of time I have been missing a tooth.
