Convenient EV charging in second floor where the hotel lobby is, ease of check in check out. The unresponsive staff for the lack of pool towels. The updated room at the corner with 2 windows on level 16. Good warm pool temperature in the winter time.

Exceptional No windows or vents in the rooms. Stayed in the suite with the tub in room. Got very steamy and stuffy at times. Room was amazing. View was great. Stayed in the suite with tub in room. Very clean. Accesible. Staff was responsive. Onsite facility (restaurants, spa, nightlife, arcade, etc) were all fun for adults.
