Love it There is nothing I didn't like Everything is close by

Wonderful Ice machine on my floor was out of order so I had to go to other floors to get ice. Lobby/registration was a long way away from the drop off, and the carpeting between those points was difficult to push my luggage on. Also, i was there at 2:30 and check in didn't start until 3, so I had to wait to check in unless I wanted to pay $35 for early check in. Free shuttle from/to the airport, airport store was open until late and sold alcohol, bakery and coffee shop in the lobby.

We had a great time just the elevator issue Elevators slow. Only 1 or 2 working. Long wait times to get in & off That there was the 3 casinos all connected

Exceptional Parking instructions were not clear which was really obnoxious because the parking ramp elevator is almost hidden and then you have to walk closer to the check in counter to get to your room elevator which we are marked byroom brackets but nothing mentions not being able to access parking from there. Just about everything! The kiosk check-in was so smooth and everything was so clean and elegant.
