Great hotel to stay Nothing i did not like Location, price, staff, cleanliness, and that the casino was right downstairs. Very convenient.

Haven’t been to Reno for several years. Shocked at the cost of food! Probably won’t return anytime No hot water 12m - 5am. Would have been nice to have been notified before arrival Ice machine on our floor out of order, not posted. Personel said I’d have to go to another floor but didn’t know which floor definitely had a working ice machine. Frustrating!
