Haven’t been to Reno in awhile, I had a quite enjoyable stay. Nothing to complain about. Plenty to do in surrounding area.

Great location, clean and well-maintained hotel in a central location. Everything was fine except for the young man who checked us in at about 7 pm on the evening of the 11th. After flying for 20 hours to get to Reno, I had expected a bit of personal attention checking in. The unfriendly young gentleman at the reception desk thought it was important to complain to us about people not using the self check-in service.
