Great stay The elevator on the lower lower level only have 2 out of the 4 working which caused major back up in the morning Location and clean rooms

Magnifique je retournerai dans le même hôtel La manque de communication entre les employés, ils avaient la difficulté à trouver mon nom et le numéro de chambre où j’était. Personnel prête à idée les clients , et les capacités pour parler plusieurs langues . L’hôtel et les chambres propres

Exceptional The linen on the beds was very worn. Sheets and comforter.. Needed a smaller pillow ..

Pleasant For the first time after many stays, I had warm water in the shower instead of hot even with the knob at full hot water setting. I thought it might just be a fluke, but I did mention it at the front desk. The next day it was the same, and there was a loud rumbling sound occasionally inside the walls when the shower was set to hot. Hopefully this won't keep me from booking my next Reno trip with SL. SL is very consistent; I always stay at SL because I can count on the features and overall quality of the property.

Amazing, will be back!! Loved the suite. m Beautiful view, quiet, clean great size. The location is amazing. Felt like I was back in a different decade and LOVED that!!
