Good I had some special requests. I received a confirmation email stating my requests would be accommodated. However upon my arrival I wasn’t even assigned a room yet. None of my requests were received. Room was very clean

Good hotel, good food and a reasonable value. The staff was very businesslike but not overly friendly. The Hotel was in a good location, good food options and the place was clean

Excellent experience. The lack of employees with basic English language skills was shocking!! What would you do in an emergency, or to ensure they don't drink the bleach - basic language skills are critical to survival and well-being. Everything was great, including customer service.

A decent place to stay in downtown Reno We didn’t like the fact that we were charged 4x the usual amount because of the bike party that weekend. We should have been charged less because of all the noise and parking spaces they took up. Our air conditioning wasn’t working very well but we complained about it and someone came to get it to cool down more. There should have been water provided for the price we paid. Good Didn't like that the AC didn't really work and not enough pillows I liked the location and cleanliness.
