Great time in Reno! Nothing The accommodations were great! Nice clean room and a very comfortable bed! I slept like a baby!

Good but not nearly as good as the previous two stays. Kind of a bummer. Our shower in room #1616 was not up to the standards we had the previous two stays. It had mildew in it that hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Secondly, the outside music played at the El Dorado was so loud it kept me up at night. Very annoying! And we were on the 16 floor facing southwest. I don’t understand why it is that loud? The room and hotel are very clean. The staff are very professional and friendly.

Exceptional Being charged $42.00 for a cup of keurig coffee. And the front desk chick that checked us in.. mahelpful. Was having a bad evening. Or perhaps more training would be helpful. Clean room, comfortable bed, staff accomidated our wishes to have a room away from heavy traffic areas. We weren't directed well on how to get to the correct elevator.
