Very Good The elevator did not work correctly and we had to wait 20 minutes for it. Always a great stay with lots of activities near by.

Exceptional There were a lot of outlets and USB ports in the room to plug in our phones and other things. The shower had good water pressure.

The room was great. The issue was with the elevators. The staff didn’t alert us of this issue. Today, 9:44 AM Although the room was updated and clean, it was completely overshadowed by the one working elevator for 17 floors. To say it was an annoyance would be an understatement! Leaving and coming back to the room took a good 45 minutes, each time. In addition to the wait, you were crammed in an elevator, which I’m sure was over capacity, with everyone talking about it.
