Very Good Hôtel propre, bien entretenu, avec une odeur agréable! Chambres soignées et très propres. Personnel un peu froid, check in et out sur des automates un peu compliqués. Un hôtel à recommander

Wonderful The automated check-in should be able to recognize my DL. Check-in was easy, but the automated check-in refused to recognize my WA state driver's license.

I enjoyed my stay No door for privacy to get dressed, other than in the small room with toilet Checking in with kiosk.

We got what we paid for. Nothing special but we didn’t pay a lot for it. Confusion figuring out how to get into the garage. Also when we tried to get into La Scala restaurant as “walk ins” at 6 pm we were told there were no tables available until 8pm. We walked outside the restaurant and went on line with Booking.com and had an immediate 6:15 reservation. Interestingly all the tables in our part of the restaurant were still empty when we left at 7:45. Lousy system if you ask me. Most of it was fine.
