Enjoyable Stay. Staff at Checkout was rude and never said a word. No hello no thank you nothing. I tried to alert to a safety issue with handicap bar. No reply. Handicap room was clean and very easy to navigate. Bathroom and tub were very nice. However handicap bar was loose on tub wall. . I tried to alert staff at check out to the safety issue. Check out staff was was rude. Not interested in my comments towards safety.

Worth it for the money No teeth kit, no bathrobe, the bed and mattress not comfortable, pillow is awful, the shits also not really comfortable and high quality, but clean Clean, good established room

Good. Comfy. Clean. Slight smoke smell but not in the rooms It’s in downtown Reno but so is my work conference so it’s nothing against them at all. Always happy. Clean. And comfy
