Absolutely amazing, will definitely be booking with this resort again!! Finding the room and the elevators was kind of confusing and the front desk staff didn’t give very thorough information as to which elevator to take and in which direction the elevator was located as it is a big lobby with different elevators leading to different rooms It was beautifully decorated and placed

it was ok, but it could be better. The work request response time was not acceptable. We notified the housekeeping/maintenance group that the safe box needed attention right after we arrived in the room. The previous guests had locked it. We waited until we checked out. The safe box was still not fixed. I had to carry my stuff and computer for 3 days in and out. In general, the facility is good. It's a bit too old, but there is not much we can do, just like our age.
