A way better value than Vegas, and pretty fun, too. Little to no human interaction with staff (self serve kiosks and apps have taken over). Broken hot tub and lackluster pool area. Great value, great location, big room, clean, daily housekeeping service. Wonderful coffee shop downstairs.
Best casino stay with (event) I’ve ever had! No complaints! Was perfect! Free parking, clean location, casino staff was very friendly and professional! Going from the room to the casino (or event) was super easy and comfortable walking distance. 10/10 Highly recommend!

Very Good It was a surprise to have the resort fee added into the room deposit. Your staff should let your guests know before they find out by checking their bank statement. This is misleading when it comes to over all price of the room. When I asked about this at check out the young man did not do a good job of answering and dealing with the questions and probably should have have referred us to a member of management. Beautiful stay at the silver legacy The room didn’t accommodate for a wheelchair when we specifically asked for a handy-cap room. And when we went to talk to customer service in person the employee was really rude to my handy cap friend Casino
