Lovely hotel with horrible employees The hotel and casino staff plus the people who work in the bars, restaurants, cafes, and gift shops don’t know anything about the hotel, about the city of Reno, where to get a taxi or an Uber ride; they know nothing about Hot August Nights events and locations, nothing about the casino, the shops, restaurants. Employees are an absolute useless waste of human energy there. They are also very unfriendly. Not crowded. Free parking. Great casino, restaurants, bars, and shopping.

It was what I expected. The homeless people and dirty surroundings. There’s a casino.

Good value and super clean room, nice staff! Parking is free but hard to park in small spaces …. Elevator was speedy and made the trek quicker Nicely decorated old style … upper floors new and fresh!
