Definitely coming back here every time we stay in Reno! Elevators. Took stairs to the 7th floor continuously to avoid the 15 minute wait. Great location. Friendly staff. Needs more healthy food options. Great entertainment and overall!

Very Good Bathroom in casino were not clean. 3 of the 6 escalators were out of order. Rooms were nice and clean. Casino was clean. Service in sports book was excellent.

Wonderful Remains of food on the floor. Maternity paper roll with linearine on the floor in the bathroom. The box of tissue had one crusty.Tissue that looked as if it got wet, and they stuck it back in the box. Everything is great except the room was not clean
