On the heels of a not so great experience last year, we were invited back by the Silver Legacy team to enjoy the resort on them this year. We had an absolutely amazing experience this time around! - I wish I could remember the name of the woman who checked us in. She was incredible. It was our friends birthday and we make an annual trip to SL to celebrate. She sent champagne to the room, housekeeping was quick to deliver extra towels and blankets. We were welcomed with champagne when we arrived! We seen a concert last night and it was a great experience ...their customer service is excellent! My husband and I have stayed there several times and it's always a good time. We ate at the steakhouse and it was an excellent meal and the waiter had a great recommendation for breakfast the following morning. We've never had a bad experience here!

Has anyone had any luck there, especially at the sports bar? Seems like the machines are at the legal max tightness for gaming. Just don't have any sense of winning or even breaking even anymore. Might be time to check out a different place to game.

I'm happy with the rooms, however sum waitresses on the casino floor have bad attitudes and need coaching and training on how the talk/deal with guest. Them chics act like there at a hole n the wall bar
