Enjoyed the overall adventure Registration wouldn’t allow check in until exactly 3PM, even if clean rooms were available…making a bottleneck of check-ins at 3. Early check in was allowed with extra fee. First time in Reno, check in person was not helpful directing me to room location. Casinos are big, easy to get turned around & lost.

Exceptional
It seems that the Silver Legacy is one of the better places to stay but the bar is low. There was hair in the sink and a large clump of hair in the shower, clearly visible. I wondered what else housekeeping missed or just didn't do. The parking garage was confusing with limos blocking the exit lanes. Nice weekend getaway The pool and hot tub are ridiculously small for a hotel this size. I suggest making the pool into a giant hot tub! Location was great. Room was clean and comfortable
