I've always had really awesome experiences at Silver Legacy. Customer service and the rooms are great! However, this time around the towels in our room was extremely linty or dusty which made us itchy. Luckily we brought towels from home. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

There are better options. Even Circus Circus has nicer rooms now. I booked and paid for this room 3 months ago, yet they tried to charge me more because they raised their resort fees (AGAIN) since I booked. I griped and got the credit, but that required my intervention. I should not have to confront them for these things as it just leaves a sour taste in my mouth, as therefore, my poor review. The Hotel is good, except the slot machines are so tight. thats why losing there customers against indian casinos!

It is really difficult to find a cocktail waitress. We took turns going to the bar and paid $12 for 2 beers each time. We felt very neglected by the staff the whole 5 hours of gambling we did there.

When making my reservation I specifically asked about the pool , because if they didn’t have one I would have booked somewhere else, and they told me they did have one. When we got there we were told it will open September 15th. No microwave, no small refrigerator, why do we pay a resort fee. I feel like this is a crappie hotel and me or none of my other family will stay at this hotel again. If you are going to call your hotel resort, at least make it one.
