We stayed for 3 nights last week and enjoyed our stay immensely. Very nice room and very clean as was the entire casino. Checked in and out very quickly and even got in our room an hour early! Only disappointment was the buffet was closed. We ate there before an it was awesome. Your place was great compared to the rest of downtown Reno. Very few people ther and too many street people and undesirables.

We stayed here and went to the Boz Scaz concert. What a great experience. The room was clean and as presented when we booked it. I recommend view rooms, they are a little more expensive but at the end of the hall and away from the elevators. The concert was great. There is not a bad seat in the venue, acccustics were good and they had drink service prior to the start of the show. The best part of it was, 2 tickets and a room for under $200. You can't do that anywhere in the Bay Area.
Great quiet room. Lots of gaming & drinks. Can’t wait to visit again.

I stayed at this hotel last weekend. We ate at several places and went to the rum bar. All the food was good except the Steak House which was very loud, overpriced and the Chicken dish we ordered was horrible. The Coffee shop by the lobby was great and so was the buffet. The Rum Bar did not have anyone taking orders at the tables and the menu was sticky and dirty. The room was nice but the walls were paper thin and we were woken up every night with doors shutting, tv playing, and kids crying next door. The front desk did not... read more

Great nightlife and friendly staff. Love how the pizza place coordinates closing time with the clubs’ closing time... our girl’s trip last weekend was epic! 😊😊😊
