The room was clean, but lacking on toiletries such as bath towels, shampoos/conditioners, soaps, a box of Kleenex was empty, coffee maker was dirty. The hotel is charging resort fee when the health fitness, spa, pools were closed for renovation, so why are we being charged for the resort fee? I would think at least a discount should be given. The personnel we encountered at the front desk were nice though. Overall, our stay was okay.

Also, the Resort Fee includes Business Center access, airline boarding pass printing, airport shuttle service, valet and self parking, in-room coffee, access to the outdoor pool (May - October, weather permitting - this summer it is closed for renovations), local and toll-free calls, notary service, and complimentary wireless internet access for 2 devices included in each room.
