It was overall a good stay Rooms were very hot even with the ac on and showers didn’t have good water pressure no door on the bathroom Elevators broken the first day of our stay so very long waits Convenient and cool vibe good food

Great time, very clean and rooms were great. A little pricey but I would definitely stay again. Also think the pool should be larger. Very crowded for the size of the hotel. Very clean and great locations

Exceptional Used self check in prior to arriving, then kiosk and self park. All easy to use. We stayed in a king suite 26th floor, it was huge, comfortable bed & big bathroom area, separate toilet & bath with view of the hills. Had read some average reviews & imagine some rooms are older. We can't complain. Inside casino was tidy with plenty of food and gaming options.

Quite nice. I wasnt there long i was in reno for a knee surgery. I would love to come back and stay More restrooms in the casino/lobby. They need to be closer to the bars and restaurants. Your keno lady was extremely rude. Guest services were very polite . The room was clean.

Exceptional I'm on the road for 2 weeks, and this hotel is the first I've found with enough high speed usb ports for my devices. That's a huge plus. Everything else about the room was just excellent.
