Silvia did a fantastic job walking me through the loan process. I spoke to multiple potential lenders when I was ready to buy my home, and she was by far the easiest to talk to. Unlike some of the other lenders, she met me where I was and didn't waste my time explaining things to me that I already had done my research on. At the same time, she was happy to answer any questions I had and made herself available whenever I needed her advice. I'm immensely happy with the deal I got and the guidance Silvia provided.
