Sylvia was my secret weapon in navigating a tough refinance. I am so thankful I had her to guide me, answer my texts at all hours and give me the emotional support I was too proud to ask for (but got plenty of!) When she gave me a hug after our first meeting I knew I had someone who genuinely cared about helping me through this process.
