I cannot recommend Silvia and Jessica enough. They were incredible professional, friendly, and always made time for a quick phone call. They made the loan process feel seamless. I have already been telling people how great they were to work with. Also, American Pacific Mortgage has a great website that makes documentation uploads and signing documents very easy.
My wife and I have used Silvia and her team now on 2 different occasions and couldn't be happier with them! Buying a home can be a difficult and confusing process, or at least that's what I hear from other people. We wouldn't know because Silvia and her team are so on top of everything and do such a good job of explaining things, answering questions, keeping us updated with next steps, and making sure everything gets done how and when it's supposed to be! We will never buy a home using anyone else.
