Went in on New Year’s Day. They were so busy yet i didn’t feel like I was being rushed. In face the lady wanted to make sure I was comfortable and felt well throughout the entire procedure. Will most definitely recommend

I had an imaging scheduled at SimonMed. They said it was not covered. I called my insurance and validated it was. I shared this with SimonMed. They called back a couple days later saying sorry it was not covered. So I conferenced them in with my insurance. My insurance validated with SimonMed that it was covered. Then SimonMed changed their story and said that they REFUSE ALL MEDICAL COVERAGE for the type of scan I needed. THEY OUTRIGHT LIED to me to try and get me to spend money out of pocket to use them. Waited almost three hours to get my ct scan in mid December and now mid January have not heard anything.
I was told x-rays wore walk in only without an appointment so when I got there at 8:30 I was told I could be seen at 9:20 so I waited and saw other people going in before me who came after me and then at 10:40 I went up and ask when I would be seen since the time has passed and I was told and the girl told me it would be 1110 I told her I had to go and could I come back tomorrow? I did come back the next day. Unfortunately I only had to wait 20 minutes because I was there before opening time.
