I showed up 10 minutes early to my 8 am appointment and wasn’t called back until 8:30. The front desk lady blamed me because I asked her to confirm my payment with my insurance (she quoted me too high of a payment). She also would not give me an itemized receipt for tax purposes. Front staff lacked customer service and there is no reason I should wait 30 minutes for my scheduled appointment for them to correct my payment.

I kept being sent back to Maricopa and they would say we don’t do that test here. Finally I was referred to Awatuke ? my appointment was set for 1:05 I waited for about 45 minutes and the tech came and called me . She said I didn’t show on her schedule but seeing as how I was there she would do my test . She was more understanding then anyone else. I believe there needs to be more training so people are not getting such run around

I was reminded of my appt 4 times but not once did they say we require mask again. I suffer from eczema and ca not wear the common mask that is alway handed out. I could not change my appt either. They were very rude about the entire situation. They need to Info patients before hand about their changes in policy. The front office girls in Ahwatukee office very rude and unhelpful

Needed to have my yearly mammogram done. My physician referred me to SimonMed so I choose one close to my home. Over all the waiting time was not too long. However, the facility is not set up for women to have this done, in my opinion. After being brought back to a changing area, in which lockers are provided, I was instructed to take off everything above the waist and put on a flimsy covering and told to sit and wait in a public area. Simon Med used to provide excellent customer service over many years. Recently the customer service has deteriorated and the reason given is that “ they are short staffed.” After having a scan done recently, the office staff could not commit to when the results would be ready, nor would they call, email, or mail them to me. Because test comparisons were required, I canceled my dr appointment scheduled for a couple weeks later. I was told to arrive 1/2 hour early. I did. They did not call me back to get my mammogram for 45 minutes. The woman doing the mammogram was not friendly, seemed annoyed. When she gave me a waiver paper for me to sign I started reading it she snapped and said it’s the same thing you signed last year. This place is the worst! Appointments mean nothing to them. I am basing this poor review on more than one bad experience. Last appointment for an MRI was at 12:30 and wasn’t seen until 2:00. Won’t ever go back there.

I had a scheduled appointment and arrived early but was informed the mammogram machine was down. The receptionist said she called but I had no missed calls. She rescheduled me for another location later that day. I arrived and waited in line to check in. The receptionist was very rude and I waited 45 minutes for a 3 minute mammogram given by someone who appeared to have an attitude issue as well. I've been to this office twice. I haven't had a decent visit yet had appt at 1130 am checked in at 1110am its 1220pm still here saying it will be another 30 mins service is horrible. Receptionist know I was in car accident barely can walk keep calling me up to desk instead of just walking to me. if I hadn't went to 4 other locations I would of left simon med needs to keep site updated when a tech should be at locations and isn't I wasted gas time and energy I diffently go to a different business
