Something is weird there when you’re asked to pay double the amount with your insurance as a co-pay than a cash patient. No explanation was given.

Go elsewhere. My father is recently wheelchair bound and needs a CT scan. I had questions about his appointment that had been made weeks ago. I spent over an hour on the phone to simply speak with someone at the office he was scheduled to be at but kept getting either getting redirected to the scheduling call center, hung up on, or getting an ear full of static. My doctor always sends me to SimonMed for imaging. I have had issues before with results not being sent to the ordering physician so I have not been happy lately to be sent there. I called to make an appointment for CT with IV contrast. The phone line queue message said “try our quick and easy online scheduler!” DO NOT USE IT. It’s confusing and buggy. The MRI techs didn’t really give any updates during two MRI’s other than , this will take 20 minutes ( twice ). I have had multiple MRI’s and they always give verbal Updates every few minutes . I get really nervous and appreciate the updates just not a fan of enclosed spaces . I had to ask for something over my eyes and they didn’t really explain how long entire process would be . They were nice just not informative . I’m a RN so I know how important it is to keep patients informed and feeling comfortable

Worst place ever! I kept getting rescheduled, because machine broke, then because my insurance hadn't approved it and they just received the order but they had to have received it in order to schedule me. So they're pretty much retarded and stupid....don't go here! I'm going to get another referral elsewhere with a completely different company! They suck!!
Miss information about hours of operation as well as available to schedule appointments for x-rays or not. Terrible communication!
Had a 2hour wait even with an appt🙄 I was told when I came in they were behind 30minutes so went to run an errand then hurried back only to wait another 1 1/2 hours. What is the point of making an appointment?

Do not set up a appointment with this company. I set up one and waited 2 hours before having to leave. Before I left they apologized and set me up another appointment for the next day. I'm sitting here two hours after my appointment time waiting to be seen. Never again. Only scheduled a appointment with them if you have a day to waste.
