Receptionist is EXTREMELY rude, she has absolutely no customer service skills. it is quite obvious she hates her job. I had the same experience with her twice. Nurses are great.

From the initial phone call to schedule my appointment I found the staff to be less than professional. Everyone seemed very rushed and uncaring. The actual procedure was fine but I was less than impressed with the staff.

I totally agree. I was told to get there at 9 AM because they needed a half an hour for my contrast to sit before doing my MRI. At 9:45 I went to the front desk and said when is somebody going to see me and get the contrast put because I’m having an MRI and an MRA and the contrast has to sit a half hour. Five minutes later a tech came out and shoved an IV in my arm and I said why aren’t you putting the contrast in. She says it goes in at the end they told you incorrectly. Had an appt at 2:30pm when I got there they told me it was going to be about 30 ti 45 min wait for an MRI well I got out of there almost at 5:30 that is unacceptable will never recommend that location ever again

Simonmed is NEVER on time. The wait time is horrible. Stop stacking your appointments. That shows a lack of patient care. It’s horrible. I know you don’t care as long as you’re billing the insurance companies.
horrible service! had to come back 3 times since they rescheduled an appt without me knowing, got all the way there and they told me the appt was for the next day. I came and waited 2 hours just for them to tell me the machine broke down!! here again for the 3rd time and have been her for over 2 hours!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!
Wait time is too long and staff were misleading about it!
