I scheduled a time for my annual mammogram and then had a conflict (on my part, not theirs) so I had to reschedule with no hassle whatsoever. They even sent text reminders to my phone. I was able to create an account also online and complete my registration process at my leisure from the comfort of my home. To me this is a real “plus” as I had all necessary information at my fingertips. Once I arrived at the facility all I had to do was check in-no additional paperwork. Walk in X-ray can mean a wait, but the staff is professional and the X-ray technician was friendly and professional. I’ve been to them for other scans etc., and would recommend Simon med to anyone who needs accurate testing done.
