Very friendly staff and ultrasound technician my only complaint is your on line check in I can check in faster with the airlines than your site you are having the patient do the job of the receptionist not all patients are computer Savvy so maybe just having the patient check themselves in and leave the paperwork for the staff
Signing in was way to slow - after sign in- good. Polite technicians
SimonMed has friendly staff from the moment you step into the office. The staff are efficient and professional. I have had several tests done at this location and have always been treated with kindness and compassion.
Appointment time was 8:15 and I was on the table at 8:15 and out within minutes. Everything was great
They have locations all over the valley. You don’t need an appointment for X-Rays.
I had an appointment and didn’t have to wait too long to get in. Technician was pleasant and CT didn’t take long.
