Cannot access my records. Called in several times for help and no one seems to know what to do. Cannot understand them as they apparently don’t know English. Very frustrating !!! My rating is -100!!!

My appt. Was for 8:05. I arrived early as requested at 7:45. I was not seen until 8:45, which was after the waiting room had already completely turned over. I did not feel valued as a client

RecommendedThe wait times are HORRIBLE! The staff is great. But the front desk needs someone to answer billing questions. Calling the billing dept is bout impossible. Tiny, frail old woman came in with her bill in hand. She barely started to ask her question and was rudely told CALL BILLING 😡 Apache Junction, AZ

RecommendedAfter arriving early enough to be the second person through the door, I was VERY disappointed that since I was getting an X-ray I would have to wait 90 minutes before I could get one. She didn’t explain why. There was no notification on the website. Will plan on going to a different location the next time. A shame because the front desk lady and the X-ray technician were very nice and very professional.
Granted, SimonMed is ALWAYS busy, and Friday morning was no exception. The girl at the desk was very kind, but that’s where the kindness ended. I was called back for a routine pre-op chest X-ray. He was walking away from me asking my last name and birthday, I had to hurry to keep up. He took me in a room that had no lock on the door, the door barely closed. I waited 2 hrs for a simple X-ray . They said come back at 1 and then they lost my info & did not have me in the computer . People were polite but not helpful or welcoming . I witnessed someone in a wheel chair that did not receive any help at all . I will never go back .
