RecommendedFriendly and efficient staff
My husband and I have utilized the services here for about three years. I get my biannual bone density test and mammogram here. This time it was an MRI. The technician came to get me ready while the previous person was finishing up so there was not too long to wait. She was friendly and helpful getting me in and out quickly.
I was able to get back-to-back procedure appointments, got in to both at the scheduled times and both technicians were pleasant and highly efficient. The facility was clean and easy to find. I highly recommend SimonMed.

Radiologist was very kind and very clean and very personable
Even though they were running behind on the appointments the staff was very polite and made the MRI a good experience.
The tec was great. The receptionist was not friendly and didn’t even say hi to me or any of the people in line! Older lady with longer hair.
In the past I have had problems with Simon Med, but my MRI at the Southern & Ironwood office in AJ was great. No waiting, the technician was friendly and helpful…he covered my eyes and and gave me a device to squeeze to let him know if I got panicky. No complaints!
