2 and a half hour wait time and receptionist never told me what was happening.
Too slow and ignored for quite some time after arriving.
They’ll you make an appointment and still wait 3 hr and X-ray people don’t care how much they hurt you when getting an X-ray they suck will not use them again

My insurance was never turned in therefore I had to pay for my mri plus when I went for my first appointment they had canceled it without my knowledge-this place is a JOKE!!! I would not recommend this company or place to my dead cat!!!!
I don't understand, if you have an attitude working for Simon Med then why would a customer like myself recommend this place? The female was very rude that worked the desk looking at plexiglass from seats ( very right) she's very quick in asking questions and has no customer service skills) if you want to know how your doing please read these reviews....
Question-why do you feel the need to make patients wait several hours in a lobby during a pandemic to get an X-Ray instead of setting up an appointment system? Definitely not something I would expect from so called “Health Care Professionals”.
Nearly 2 hours to get XRay = Unacceptable. Very nice staff, excellent Tecnician, just a bad business process for getting XRay complete.
RecommendedStart taking appointments for X-rays! There is no reason to keep people waiting 2 hours!
