Had to wait 2 hours to get an x ray taken. Start taking appointments for x rays, they must be as important as anything else you do Bill purdy

The front desk staff and techs at the SimonMed on Southern in Apache Junction, which I normally use was great!! Front desk was apologetic and concerned. Even mentioned they’re having issues with scheduling. I place no blame on them. Calling to schedule an appointment is horrible, using a central scheduling center. I could barely understand the lady scheduler. Not only did I have to repeat myself several times(she didn’t understand me). A serious communication issue hinders this company from being patient focused. You set up an appointment with a live operator for an X-ray only to be told in person that the operators aren’t suppose to do that and that “X-rays are first come and first serve. “ How long? Oh thirty minutes at the most. Two hours later on a not that busy Friday afternoon I am finally seen.

When appt. was made I specifically told them I was claustrophobic and needed Valium or something to keep me calm during the procedure. Was told they would take care of it for me. On day of appt. I called to verify appt. time and need for something to calm me. Was again told me it was noted on my records and would be handled by them. Arrived for appt. and was told they couldn’t help me and I needed my doctor to prescribe something. Very unprofessional. They would not give change for my copayment or take. Credit card. A nice lady patient waiting gave me $1,82 so I could pay

Went for walk in knee X-ray. Was told 20 to 30 minutes wait. I waited an hour and 10 minutes! When I asked how much longer the receptionist was rude. X-ray tech was nice and X-ray took 5 minutes. Ugh!

Costumer service is horrible. You guys don’t communicate with one another. You made me a brain MRI with contrast at 5 pm last Saturday, called me at 2:30(which I was sleeping due to the chemo) and left me a message with NO apology saying I needed to call and reschedule because you guys don’t do contrasts appointments that late.. and of course I called 2x got on the “will call U” list and never got a call back. Took over an hour on the phone to get thru and then to schedule. my appointment was for 1 30. it is 2:16 and I am still waiting. They are getting worse and worse. a month ago I went to the greenfield office for MRI and they were 2 hours behind. people were just leaving. Might be time to go elsewhere. Finally done the tech Debbie was great.
